摘要
目的:探讨加味理中汤对消化性溃疡患者胃液量及胃蛋白酶活力表达的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月就诊于本院的60例消化性溃疡患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予四联疗法,治疗组给予加味理中汤联合四联疗法治疗。比较两组的中医症状积分、胃液量、胃蛋白酶活力与用药安全性。结果:治疗组治疗结束当天、治疗结束后第28天的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第14天,两组的胃液量、PGⅠ、PGⅡ均低于治疗前,且治疗组的胃液量、PGⅠ、PGⅡ均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化性溃疡患者给予加味理中汤治疗效果显著,可有效改善临床症状与体征,降低胃液量及胃蛋白酶活力表达,用药安全性较高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Lizhong Decoction on gastric juice volume and pepsin activity in patients with peptic ulcer. Method: A total of 60 patients with peptic ulcer from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected, the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group received quadruple therapy, and the treatment group received Jiawei Lizhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy. TCM symptom score, gastric juice volume, pepsin activity and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Result: The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the day of the end of treatment and the 28 th day after the end of treatment(P<0.05). On the 14 th day of treatment, the amount of gastric juice, PGⅠ, PGⅡ in the two groups were all lower than before treatment, and the amount of gastric juice, PGⅠ, PGⅡ in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: In patients with peptic ulcer, Jiawei Lizhong Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the amount of gastric juice and the expression of pepsin activity.
