摘要 在当今世界诸多的环境问题中,荒漠化作为重大的全球性环境问题,一直困扰着人类社会的生存和发展,荒漠化也已成为人类面临的经济和社会问题,制约了社会经济的可持续发展。在沙漠中铺设草沙障是一种有着成功经验的性能优良的工程治沙技术措施,在中国得到广泛的应用。我国在塔克拉玛干沙漠里基于石油公路风沙危害防治而开展的适用于沙漠公路的沙害防治技术为机械化荒漠治理模式大范围应用提供了借鉴经验。面对我国沙化面积大、流动沙域多、地点偏远、环境恶劣、生态条件极其脆弱等特点,投入一种可以自动、高效地铺设草沙障的机械设备进行沙漠治理很有必要。固沙机的投入解决了人工治沙铺设沙障不均匀、质量不稳定等诸多弊病;同时,机械化治沙也面临着在复杂立地条件下工作性能受限、目前缺少机械化治沙领域行业标准等一系列需要解决的瓶颈问题;针对这些问题也提出了一些解决方法。全国荒漠化防治(机械治沙工程)试验示范基地是机械化防沙治沙新模式的示范基地,作为推动全国防沙治沙的样板,其利用数字化、智能化的装备进行机械化草沙障铺设的这种科学型、智慧型沙漠治理模式是未来荒漠化治理的发展趋势。机械化治沙是一种更具科学性和高效性的治沙模式,对于环境保护和生态建设有着重要作用,在未来荒漠治理中值得推广。 Among many environmental problems in the world today,desertification as the most serious global environmental problem has been plaguing the survival and development of human society,desertification has also become the economic and social problems,restricting the sustainable development of social economy. Laying grass sand barriers in the desert was a kind of technique measure of engineering sand-control measure with great performance and successful experience,which has been widely used in China. In the Taklimakan Desert,the desertification control technology applied to desert highway based on the prevention and control of desert hazards in the petroleum road has provided a reference experience for the wide application of mechanized desert governance mode. Faced with the characteristics of large desertification area,many flowing sand areas,remote location,poor environment and extremely fragile ecological conditions,it was essential to put in a kind of mechanical equipment which can be automatically and efficiently laid grass sand barriers for desert treatment. Many problems has been solved with the input of sand-stabilization machinery,such as uneven sand barriers laying and unstable quality. At the same time,mechanized desertification control was faced with a series of bottlenecks that need to be solved in terms of limited working performance under complex site conditions and lack of industry standards in mechanized desertification control field at present. Some solutions were also proposed for these problems. The National Desertification Control(Mechanical Sand Prevention Project) Experiment Demonstration Base is a model base of the new model of mechanized desertification control,as a model to promote the national desertification control,this scientific and intelligent desert governance mode is a development trend of desertification control in the future that using digital and intelligent equipment for mechanized grass sand barriers laying.
