摘要
介绍了甘肃沙区的基本情况；建国５０ 年来甘肃科技治沙的历史；传统的治沙方法和效果，治沙科研机构的成立与沙区的清查，工程、植物、化学和综合治沙技术的研究，科技治沙的应用推广；甘肃科技治沙取得的成绩、存在的问题及发展机遇。
This paper has introduced the general situation of Gansu desert area;history of desert control with science and technology in Gansu province after the new country's establishment for 50 years;the traditional methods and effects of desert controlled;institute establihment of scientific research on desert control;check about the desert area;technological research of desert control with the methods of the project,plant,chemical and comprehensive;application and popularization of techniques about desert cntrol with science and technology;achievement,existing problems,and development opportunity in desert control with science and technology in Gansu province.
