摘要
环境类实验室管理的重点是确保安全有序的前提下助力新工科人才培养,发掘实验室更大的价值。该文基于当前苏州科技大学环境类实验室管理模式不统一、缺乏开放共享的信息管理平台、设备总量占全校比重大、工科与较多学科交叉等现状,结合苏州科技大学对新工科类人才实践能力、创新思维、应用技能培养的新目标要求,从药品管理、设备管理、安全和操作培训、安全管理4个方面着手,进行环境类实验室信息化建设和管理创新研究。在信息化建设与管理创新的引领和鼓励下,吸引更多的工科学生走进实验室,将工科应用技能与理科研究思维有机结合,培养学生的创新能力,构建一个"安全、高效、有序"的环境类实验室,为同类高校新工科人才培养的环境类实验室信息化建设和管理创新提供示范和参考。
The key of environmental laboratory management is to ensure that it is conducive to the training of emerging engineering education talents on the premise of safety and order,and to explore the greater value of laboratory. In this paper,based on the current environment laboratory of suzhou university of science and technology management mode is not unified,lack of open sharing information management platform,the total amount of equipments account for a significant proportion of the school,the cross between engineering and many subjects,combined with our school new training target requirements to emerging engineering education talents practical ability,innovative thinking,application skills,from four aspects:pharmaceutical management,equipment management,safety and operation training,safety management,environment laboratory informatization construction and management innovation research have been conducted. Under the guidance and encouragement of informatization construction and management innovation,more engineering students are attracted to the laboratory,the combination of engineering application skills and scientific research thinking has cultivated students′ innovation ability,and built a "safe,efficient and orderly" environmental laboratory. It can provide a demonstration and reference about the construction of environmental laboratory informatization and management innovation for training of emerging engineering education talents in similar universities.
