摘要
参考企业安全生产标准化的内容和方法,分析了高校实验室安全生产标准化概念特点,提出教育培训、不确定因素、特殊设备管理、过程管理4项重点内容;设计了标准化工作机制;提出通过建立分级管理基础数据库和建设安全文化推进安全生产标准化建设的方法,总结了安全文化培育过程中坚持安全科学技术理论研究、树立动态管理思想、重视人员教育培训和持续改进4个方面的工作重点。
Based on the contents and methods of working safety production standardization of enterprises,this article analyses the characteristics of working safety production standardization of laboratories in colleges and university,summarizes the important points of management as follows：education and training,the uncertain factors,the management of special equipment and the process management,designs the construction target and working mechanism of standardization,puts forward the method that can advance the establishment of working safety production standardization through the establishment of basic database of classification management and safety culture construction,and summarizes the following four points that cultivate the safety culture：to insist on the safety science and technology research,to establish a dynamic management ideas,to pay attention to personnel training and to continue the improvement.
