摘要 与传统的教育教学模式比较,除了继承传统教学模式的质量评价标准和方法之外,MOOC还应该充分考虑新的教学模式下,教学资源、教学效果和社会效益、学习活动、系统技术和设计等方面对教学质量的重要影响,以及多指标体系建立方法的研究。结合文献和专家的意见,采用层次分析方法AHP,建立包含目标层、准则层和指标层的层次结构模型,构建判断矩阵。利用matlab程序,完成各个指标权重的计算,并进行一致性检验。检验结果表明,所建立的层次结构模型和各个指标的权重分配是合理的,据此即可建立MOOC评价体系。对于实际评价的需要,进一步给出了总评分数的计算方法,可以为MOOC评价的具体方案设计提供支撑。 Compared with the traditional teaching mode, in addition to inheriting the quality evaluation criteria and methods of traditional teaching mode, MOOC should be also fully considered in other important factors affecting the quality of teaching under the new teaching mode, such as teaching resources, teaching effects and social benefits, learning activities, system technology and design, etc., and the research on the method of establishing multi-index system. Combining documents and experts’ opinions, using AHP, we establish the Hierarchical Model Including Object Level, Criteria Level and Indicator Level, construct judgment matrix. Using matlab program, we complete the calculation of each index weight and check the consistency. The test results show that the hierarchical structure model and the weight distribution of each index are reasonable, based on this, MOOC evaluation system can be established. For the need of actual evaluation, the calculation method of total score is further given, which can provide support for the specific scheme design of MOOC evaluation.
