高含硫气田集输系统基于保护层分析的本质安全设计

摘要 高含硫气田因天然气中含有大量剧毒硫化氢,开发的风险很大,对本质安全设计提出了很高的要求。依据保护层洋葱模型,逐层分析了高含硫气田集输系统的设计措施。根据风险矩阵中的事故发生频率和事故后果,列举了降低事故发生频率和减小事故后果所采取的设计措施。结合普光气田和元坝气田集输系统的设计,对保护层分析和风险矩阵在设计中的具体应用做了阐述。 The development risk of high-sulfur gas field is high due to the large amount of highly toxic hydrogen sulfide in natural gas,which therefore places high requirement on inherent safety design.According to the protection layer onion model,the design measures of the high-sulfur gas field gathering and transportation system were analyzed layer by layer.According to the frequency and consequence of accidents in the risk matrix,the design measures taken to reduce the frequency and the consequences of accidents were listed.Taking the design of Puguang and Yuanba gas field gathering and transportation system as examples,the specific application of protection layer analysis and risk matrix in design was expounded.
