摘要
四川盆地普光气田是目前国内规模最大的高含硫气田,天然气中硫化氢含量高达14.14%。按照相关规范,该气田天然气净化厂装置现场安装有固定式硫化氢检测仪917台。由于存在现场检测仪数量多、抽检校准工作量大、磁棒调试方式人机交互界面不友好、电化学传感器防雨要求高等难点,2012年前抽检校准合格率经常低于90%,月均故障常高于90台次,严重影响安全生产。为保证固定式硫化氢检测仪完好可靠,以保证抽检校准的合格率,通过进行大量抽检数据统计对比分析,并运用SIS系统的SOE事件记录和DCS系统的强大数据库处理功能,在不更换现有检测仪型号的前提下,不断优化抽查校准方案,重点在防雨、故障判断、校准方案等方面采取改进措施,建立储备周转机制,有效地解决了检测仪抽检时部分无响应、波动大、误报警和偏差超限等故障问题,月均维护维修量由10%左右降到2%左右,抽检合格率提高到96%以上。该项工作可作为典型案例,为相关部门管理提供参考和借鉴。
The Puguang Gas Field is the largest sour gas field in China with a high sulfur content of up to 14.14% in gas. There are 917 stationary hydrogen sulfide detectors installed at the spot of the natural gas purification plant in this field. Due to a large number of detectors and a huge amount work of calibration sampling at spot, the unfriendly interface of the humancomputer interaction in magnet debugging, and the higher requirement of the rainproof for the electrochemical sensor, the qualification rate of calibration samplings was no more than 90% before 2012, and the average failures each month occurred in more than 90 detectors, which seriously affected the safety in operation. Therefore, to ensure those stationary hydrogen sulfide detectors reliable and in good condition, and to maintain a high percentage of the qualified rate of sampling, a large number of sampling data were studied in statistical analysis, and SOE events record in the SIS system as well as the DCS system’s powerful database were also put into practice. Given that the current detector model is not changed, the spot check calibration plan is optimized, focusing on the improvement of rainproof, troubleshooting, calibration plan, etc. The mechanism of reserves turnover is built to solve the problems in which there is blank response, huge fluctuation, false alarm, or excessive deviation in samplings, thus reducing the monthly maintenance rate from about 10% to 2% or so, with the qualified sampling rate of above 96%. As a typical case, this study can be helpful as reference for the relevant management departments.
