摘要
介绍了安钢1#高炉炉缸、炉底的侵蚀现象与解决方法,详细阐述了监测系统的具体实施方案、侵蚀模型软件及其功能的实现。系统在应用过程中能够及时直观地反映出原料和生产操作变化对炉内侵蚀的影响,程序在线计算监测的正确性和有效性得到了验证。系统的应用对高炉生产操作起到了很大的指导作用。
The phenomenon and the solution of the erosion of hearth and bottom in Angang 1# blast furnace are introduces. It’s described the specific implementation plan of the monitor system and the software and the function implementation of the erosion model in detail. In the process of the application,the effects of raw materials and operation changing on inner erosion are reflected by the monitor system in time and visualized. More importantly,the correctness and validity of the on-line calculating and monitoring system are verified. The application of the system plays a great guiding role in blast furnace production and operation.
