摘要
重点阐述高炉冷却壁及炉缸炉底在线监测系统各部分的特点、功能及应用效果。认为实时采集冷却水温和热电偶温度,选取合理的温度场计算模型,引入并完善"侵蚀及结厚诊断知识库",开发"正反问题"相结合的侵蚀计算方法,以提高模型的自适应能力,使计算结果和实际生产更加吻合,是实现高炉冷却壁及炉缸炉底在线监测的关键。
This paper expounds the features, function and application result of online measurement system of BF cooling stave, hearth and bottom. The author thinks following factors are key to realize online measurement system of BF cooling stave, hearth and bottom: real time collecting cooling water temperature and thermocouple temperature, selecting a rational calculation model of temperature field; adopting and optimizing "Diagnosis database of erosion and skull", developing a calculation method with "positive and negative" points taken into account to improve self learning and adapt capacity of model and improve consistency of calculation result and actual production .
