摘要
针对公共图书馆面临的读者突发事件日益增多的问题,通过调查问卷和案例分析,对公共图书馆读者群进行了分类研究,探讨了引发读者危机事件的各种因素,基于研究结果,指出应采取读者突发危机事件的前期预防、健全应急机制及日常矛盾调处机制等措施,推动公共图书馆服务体系建设,更好地实现和保障人民的基本文化权益,有效提高群众的文化获得感。
Faced with the increasing number of reader emergencies in public libraries,and through questionnaire survey and case studies,this paper carries on the classification research on the public library’s reader groups,probes into various factors that lead to readers’crisis events,and based on the research results,points out that adopting some measures for the early prevention of the reader emergency,improving the emergency mechanism,and establishing a mechanism for resolving daily conflicts,which are conducive to promoting the construction of public library service system,to better realizing and protecting the basic cultural rights and interests of the people,and to effectively improving the people’s sense of cultural acquisition.
