摘要
文章分析了战争对图书馆图书资料及建筑设施等资源造成严重破坏,指出图书馆应通过加强灾难管理等手段预防和减轻战争对图书馆的破坏。
War will cause serious damage to library publications, infrastructure, facilities, and etc. A library shall take precautions against and relieve from damage by means of enhancing disaster management.
