心肺物理治疗专业学生临床思维能力的培养模式探究 被引量:4

摘要 世界物理治疗联盟专业教育指南中物理治疗学专业的培养目标除了要求学生掌握丰富的理论知识和操作技术外,还必须具有临床推理思维和较强的适应能力。许多物理治疗专业学生通过在校学生掌握了大量基础专业知识,但到临床上遇到患者时却感到不知所措。这一切的关键在于缺乏临床推理能力,学生灵活应用知识、解决实际问题和进行病例分析的能力明显不足。福建中医药大学康复医学院借鉴及整合香港理工大学和台湾弘光科技大学的心肺疾病物理治疗课程的教学模式,在课程中融合多种方法以促进学生临床推理思维的培养。采用"以病例为中心,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导"的教学指导思想,将病例讨论、标准化病人、见习病例汇报、案例考核法等多种方式引入心肺物理治疗专业课程教学中,形成多元化的教学模式培养学生的临床推理能力。根据多年积累的经验,本文旨在探讨物理治疗学生心肺物理治疗临床思维能力培养的最佳的多元化教学方法,希望能为开展心肺物理治疗专业课程的其他院校提供参考。 In medical education,we not only emphasize the mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also emphasize the establishment of clinical reasoning and the cultivation of communication skills.In the professional education guide of the World Confederation of Physical Therapy,the training goal of physical therapy majors requires students not only to master abundant theoretical knowledge and operational skills,but also to have clinical reasoning thinking and strong adaptability.Many students majoring in physiotherapy have acquired a lot of basic professional knowledge through their school education,but they feel confused when they encounter patients in clinic.The key to all this lies in the lack of clinical reasoning ability,students’ ability to apply knowledge flexibly,solve practical problems and carry out case analysis is obviously insufficient.The College of Rehabilitation Medicine of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine draws lessons from and integrates the teaching mode of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy course of HongKong Polytechnic University and Hongkuang University of Science and Technology of Taiwan,and integrates various methods in the course to promote the cultivation of students’ clinical reasoning thinking.With the teaching guiding ideology of"case-centered,problem-based,student-centered and teacher-led",case discussion,standardized patients,probationary case report and case assessment are introduced into the teaching of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy to form a diversified teaching mode and cultivate students’ clinical reasoning ability.Based on many years of accumulated experience,this paper aims to explore the best diversified teaching methods for the cultivation of clinical reasoning ability of students in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy,hoping to provide reference for other colleges and universities to carry out the course of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.
