摘要
高职院校和企业作为两种截然不同属性的组织,在进行合作时,不可避免地会存在主体利益的冲突。文章从分析高职校企合作主体利益冲突的表现形式入手,并对其形成的原因做了具体的分析,最后从构建校企双方文化认同的新局面,构建校企合作的目标共享机制、利益补偿机制、第三方沟通协调机制等方面来消解主体间的冲突,提高校企合作的成效。
Higher vocational colleges and enterprises, as two kinds of organizations with distinct attributes, will inevitably have conflicts of subject interests when conducting cooperation. This paper starts with the analysis of the expressions of the conflicts of interests of the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools, and makes a concrete analysis of the reasons for its formation. Finally, it builds a new situation of cultural identity between schools and enterprises, and builds a goal-sharing mechanism based on school-enterprise cooperation, a compensation mechanisms, and a third-party communication and coordination mechanisms, etc., to resolve conflicts between subjects and improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation.
