摘要
世界语言资源保护大会的成功召开、《岳麓宣言》的正式发布,标志着中国语言资源保护工程的先进理念和成功经验得到了以联合国教科文组织为代表的国际社会的认可,这是我国语言文字事业在国际上获得话语权,向世界传递中国声音、贡献中国智慧的一次成功实践。本文阐述以《岳麓宣言》为代表的语保工程成果所形成的中国经验,为我国其他同类文化工程的建设及其国际化水平的提升提供借鉴和参考。
The successful convening of the International Conference on the promotion of world language resources and the official release of the Yuelu Proclamation symbolize that the advanced concepts and successful experience of the Project for the Protection of Language Resources of China have been recognized and adopted by the international community represented by UNESCO. This is a successful practice in which China ’s language undertaking has had a voice in the international arena,with the Chinese voice transmitted and Chinese wisdom contributing to the world. This paper expounds Chinese experience in Yuelu Proclamation and provides reference for construction and internationalization of other similar cultural projects in China.
