摘要
主要介绍了钽粉中碳杂质的来源以及不同碳含量对钽粉电性能的影响,重点分析了不同碳含量对钽粉电性能的影响,并提出了有效控制钽粉中碳杂质含量的建议,以求达到降低钽粉中碳杂质含量的目的。
