摘要
随着国家社会经济的不断发展与政府职能的不断转变,进一步推动政府向社会力量购买公共服务已经成为了我国不可逆转的宏观趋势。本文通过对杭州市某城区购买服务情况的调研走访,对目前购买服务标准化的现状及存在问题进行分析研究,提出了政府购买公共服务标准体系框架与完善购买公共服务标准化管理的对策建议。
With the development of national social economy and the transformation of government functions, it has become an irreversible trend for government in China purchase public services from social forces. Therefore, this paper conducts an investigation at a district of Hangzhou on service purchase, analyzes the current situation along with the existing problems of the standardization for purchasing service, thus putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the framework of the standards system of purchasing public service, together with the standardized management of purchasing public services.
