摘要 为探究工业循环水中的羧酸盐-磺酸盐-非离子三元共聚物(AA-AMPS-TBAM,TH-3100)的处理方法及分解产物,采用紫外光解法处理TH-3100,研究了过氧化氢用量、紫外光解时间、pH值及循环水中常见离子对TH-3100分解率的影响。结果表明:当TH-3100浓度为20 mg/L时,最佳的H2O2投加量为200 mg/L,最佳的光解时间为15 min。pH值和Cl^-、SO4^2-、Mg^2+、Ca^2+浓度对TH-3100的分解率基本无影响,分解率可达96.04%。光解前后的核磁图谱和固含量分析证明,TH-3100聚合物被分解为小分子物质。此方法操作简便、能耗低、去除效果好。 In this paper,the carboxylate-sulfonate-nonionic terpolymer( AA-AMPS-TBAM,TH-3100) in industrial circulating water was treated by UV photolysis. The effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage,UV photolysis time,pH value and common ion on decomposition rate in circulating water were studied. Results showed that when the concentration of TH-3100 was 20 mg/L,the optimal dosage of H2O2 was 200 mg/L,and the optimal photolysis time was 15 min. The pH value and the concentration of Cl^-,SO4^2-,Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ had no effect on the decomposition rate of TH-3100,and the decomposition rate reached 96.04%. The nuclear magnetic spectrum and solid content before and after photolysis proved that TH-3100 polymer was decomposed into small molecules. The method was simple in operation,low in energy consumption and good in removal effect.
