摘要
采用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA),在磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)存在下,以过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,合成了P(AMPS-AM-AA)/SMP复合聚合物降滤失剂,以产物降低钻井液高温高压滤失量的能力作为考察依据,通过正交试验得到了优化配方:SMP与(AMPS+AM+AA)的质量比为7∶3、甲醛用量为原料总质量的8.0%,氢氧化钠用量为原料总质量的0.6%,反应混合物质量分数45%。对采用优化配方合成的产物进行了性能评价,并借助红外光谱和热分析对产物进行了基团和热稳定性分析。试验结果表明,P(AMPS-AM-AA)/SMP复合聚合物热稳定性好,抗温达240℃,在淡水、盐水钻井液中均具有较好的降滤失作用,与SMP相比,对高密度钻井液黏度影响较小,与SMC等具有良好的配伍性,可以有效控制高密度钻井液的高温高压滤失量和流变性。
A polymer fluid-loss reagent named P(AMPS-AM-AA)/SMP,using potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as the initiating agent,was developed using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA).The formula was optimized through orthogonal tests aimed at the minimum fluid loss at high temperature high pressure.The best fluid loss control is achieved when the mass ratio between SMP and(AMPS+AM+AA) is 7 to 3,the formaldehyde dosage is 8.0% of the total mass of raw material,the odium hydroxide dosage is 0.6%,the reaction mixture mass fraction is 45%.The synthetic products with optimum formula were evaluated and analyzed using infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis.Experimental results show that P(AMPS-AM-AA)/SMP has good thermal stability,temperature resistance(up to 240 ℃) both in fresh water and salt water drilling fluid.Compared with SMP,this agent has less effect on viscosity of high density drilling fluids.In addition,its better compatibility with other agents is helpful to control fluid loss volume and rheology of high density drilling fluids.
