摘要
为了改进混合砂浆强度检测技术,介绍了一种混合砂浆强度检测的新方法--静压贯入法。采用自主研发的静压贯入装置,对7组不同强度等级的砂浆试块开展了静压贯入试验,获得了砂浆试块的静压贯入曲线,并对各组砂浆试块的每条静压贯入曲线的贯入阻力峰值及相应的贯入深度分别取平均值,作为该组砂浆试块的静压极限贯入阻力和极限贯入深度。通过砂浆试块抗压强度与单位贯入阻力的对比分析,拟合得到静压贯入法检测混合砂浆强度的测强曲线式。与贯入法测强曲线式相比,静压贯入测强曲线式的检测精度得到进一步提高,其测强曲线具有更好的线性相关性。
In order to improve the mixed mortar strength detection technology,static pressure penetration method,a new method of mixed mortar strength detection,was introduced. Using the self-developed static pressure penetration device,static pressure penetration tests were carried out on 7 sets of mortar blocks of different strength grades,and the static pressure penetration curves of the mortar test block were obtained. The penetration resistance force peak and the corresponding penetration depth of each static pressure penetration curve of each group of mortar test pieces were averaged respectively to serve as the static pressure limit penetration resistance force and the ultimate penetration depth of the mortar test block. Through the comparative analysis of compressive strength and unit penetration resistance force of mortar test block,the strength curve of static mortar penetration method for detecting the strength of mixed mortar was obtained by fitting. Compared with the strength test curve in penetration method,the detection accuracy of the strength test curve in static pressure penetration method was further improved and its strength test curve had a better linear correlation.
