摘要
研究增稠保水剂、膨胀剂和石粉含量对人工砂制干混砂浆性能的影响规律,并探讨其作用机理.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了干混砂浆硬化浆体的微观结构和形貌及其生成物的特征等;此外,还采用全自动孔隙率分析仪(MIP)研究干混砂浆硬化浆体的总孔隙率、孔结构和分布等特性.结果表明采用人工砂制备的干混砂浆可满足工程所需的性能要求,石粉含量、增稠保水剂和膨胀剂用量对干混砂浆性能影响显著.增加石粉含量和膨胀剂用量可提高干混砂浆的强度和抗渗性能,减小其凝结时间;随着增稠保水剂用量的增加,干混砂浆的抗渗性先增加后减小,而其凝结时间则相反.人工砂中较适宜的石粉含量为12%,而制备干混砂浆所需增稠保水剂与膨胀剂的最佳量分别为3%和12%.
This paper investigates the influences of water-retaining admixture,expansion agent and powder content on the performances of dry-mixed mortar made of manufactured sand,and explores its mechanism.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)is employed to research the micro-structure,configuration and hydrates of the hardened mortar. Furthermore,mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)is used to investigate the total porosity,structure and distribution of the pores.The results show that dry-mixed mortar made of manufactured sand can meet the demand of civil projects,and that the performance of dry-mixed mortar is significantly affected by powder content,water-retaining admixture and expansion agent.Increases in powder content and expansion agent can improve the strength and impermeability of dry-mixed mortar while reducing condensation time.With the increasing of water-retaining admixture,the impermeability increases at first and then decreases,whereas the reducing time shows a totally different case.Whilst the optimal powder content of the manufactured sand stands at 12 per cent,the apt content of water-retaining admixture and expansion agent is 3 per cent and 12 per cent,respectively.
