摘要
分析了粉煤灰、增稠保水剂、引气剂掺量以及机制砂石粉含量对湿拌砂浆性能的影响,通过正交试验对机制砂湿拌砂浆的配比进行了优化,确定了粉煤灰、增稠保水剂、引气剂最佳掺量分别为12%、1.8%、0.2‰,机制砂中最佳石粉含量为10%,按其配制的机制砂湿拌砂浆性能优异。
The effects of fly ash, water retentive agent, air entraining agent and the stone powder content of manufactured sand on the properties of wet-mixed mortar were analyzed. By orthogonal test, the mix proportion of manufactured sand wet-mixed mortar was optimized, the optimum contents of fly ash, water retentive agent, air entraining agent in mortar are 12%, 1.8%,0.2%. respectively and the optimum stone powder content of manufactured sand is 10%, the wet-mixed mortar with these optimum contents have the excellent performances.
