摘要
茶叶中含有的铝元素,存在引发经常饮茶人群患病的隐患。本文主要综述了当前应用于茶叶中铝元素检测的主要方法,包括光谱法、分光光度法、27Al核磁共振波谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法。以期对科学选择茶叶中铝元素的检测方法提供理论基础。
The aluminum element contained in tea leaves is a potential health risk for people who always drinking tea. This paper mainly reviews the main methods currently used for the detection of aluminum in tea, including spectroscopy, spectrophotometry, 27 Al nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS). The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for choosing appropriately detection methods of aluminum in tea.
