摘要
该文从课程质量诊断与改进(课程诊改)的角度出发,以高职护理专业核心课程“外科护理”为例开展实证研究。采用打造“标准链、目标链”、实施“8”字质量改进螺旋路径、针对课程存在问题采取对策等系列途径,进一步推进课程改革,且为“外科护理”及护理专业其他后续课程质量持续改进提供参考依据。
From the perspectives of curriculum quality diagnosis and improvement,the empirical study of"Surgical Nursing"course is expounded in this paper.In order to further promote the curriculum reform and provide the reference for the continuous improvement of the quality of Surgical Nursing and other courses for nursing specialty,.a series of approaches such as building"standard chain and target chain",implementing the spiral path of"8"figure quality improvement,and some solutions to the existing problems of the curriculum were put forward in this paper.
