摘要
目的分析讨论对呼吸内科护生使用微信和PBL教学的具体效果和实际价值。方法选取该院2018年1—12月呼吸内科护生60名,根据随机数字表法将其均分为两组,每组30名,1组为对照组,实施常规方法带教;2组为观察组,实施微信+PBL带教。比较两组护生考核成绩和教学满意度。结果观察组考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组教学满意度依次为96.67%和73.33%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科教学中使用微信联合PBL教学可有效提升护生考核成绩,教学效果优异,在临床教学中具有良好应用前景。
Objective To analyze and discuss the specific effects and practical value of using WeChat and PBL teaching in respiratory medicine nursing students.Methods A total of 60 respiratory health students were selected from January to December 2018 in this hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Each group consisted of 30 patients,one group was the control group,and the conventional method was used to teach;the other group was the observation group,and WeChat+PBL teaching.Compare the performance of the two groups of nursing students and the satisfaction of teaching.Results The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using WeChat combined with PBL teaching in respiratory medicine teaching can effectively improve the performance of nursing students,and the teaching effect is excellent,which has a good application prospect in clinical teaching.
