摘要
目的分析护理安全管理模式在消毒供应室管理中的价值。方法搜集该院消毒供应室2018年2月—2019年1月的12名医护人员为研究对象,根据是否实施护理安全管理模式分为两组,分析其护理质量和不良事件的发生率。结果对比不同管理模式下,两组医护人员的风险防范意识、安全识别能力、护理专科技能和服务意识等临床护理质量评分,观察组均显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理模式在消毒供应室管理中的效果显著,可以有效提高临床护理质量评分,降低消毒供应物品不良事件的发生率,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To analyze the value of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply room.Methods Twelve medical staff from February 2018 to January 2019 in the disinfection supply room of the hospital were collected as research subjects.The nursing safety management mode was divided into two groups to analyze the quality of care and the incidence of adverse events.Results Compared with different management modes,the quality of clinical nursing quality scores of the two groups of medical staff,such as risk prevention awareness,safety identification ability,nursing technology and service awareness,were significantly higher in the observation group than in the reference group and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Safety management of nursing mode has a significant effect in the management of the disinfection supply room,which can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality score,reduce the incidence of adverse events of disinfection supply items,and the clinical nursing effect is remarkable.
