摘要
目的为了探讨心理健康在体育活动与自杀意念中的中介作用。方法使用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS),对2018年全国青少年校园足球夏令营(高中组)第三营区及其所属省市普通高中262名学生进行测查。结果男生体育活动等级水平显著大于女生,男生心理健康水平显著好于女生;体育活动、心理健康、自杀意念存在年级差异;体育活动与心理健康显著相关(r=-0.288,p<0.01)、心理健康与自杀意念显著相关(r=0.656,p<0.01)、体育活动与自杀意念显著相关(r=-0.189,p<0.01);心理健康在体育活动与自杀意念之间起完全中介作用。结论体育活动通过提升心理健康水平降低自杀意念,体育活动是降低高中生自杀意念的有效方式,因此加强体育活动和提高心理健康水平是降低自杀意念的可行方法。
Objective To explore the mediating role of mental health in sports activities and suicidal ideation.Methods 262 students in the third camp of 2018 national youth campus football summer camp(senior high school group)and its affiliated provinces and cities were investigated by using the Sports Activity Rating Scale(PARS-3),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Self-rating Idea of Suicid Scale(SIOSS).Results The level of physical activity of boys was significantly higher than that of girls,and the level of mental health of boys was significantly better than that of girls.There were grade differences in physical activity,mental health and suicidal ideation.There were significant correlations between physical activity and mental health(r=-0.288,p<0.01),between mental health and suicidal ideation(r=0.656,p<0.01),between physical activity and suicidal ideation(r=-0.189,p<0.01).Mental health plays a completely mediating role between physical activity and suicidal ideation.Conclusion Physical activity can reduce suicidal ideation by improving mental health level.Physical activity is an effective way to reduce suicidal ideation of senior high school students.Therefore,strengthening physical activity and improving mental health level are feasible methods to reduce suicidal ideation.
