摘要 目的:通过跟踪测量武术套路专项学生三个学期武术套路练习心率变异性各项指标的变化,观察每个学期武术套路练习对专项学生植物性神经功能的影响,探讨长期的武术套路练习能否对心脏功能产生良好的适应性变化。对象方法:选取大二武术专项学生13人,在练习前、第四、五、六学期末共四次进行心率变异性测试,采集时域和频域各项指标。结果:一学期后,各项指标无差异(P>0.05)。两学期后,时域指标SDSD、RMSSD显著上升(P<0.05),频域指标TP、HF、HFnu变化显著(P<0.05)。三学期后,时域指标显著上升SDNN、SDSD、PNN50(P<0.05)、RMSSD(P<0.01),频域指标T P、HF(P<0.01),LFnu、HFnu、LF/HF(P<0.05)变化显著。结论:长期的武术套路运动可以影响心率变异性,提高心脏植物性神经的整合调节能力,尤其是提高了迷走神经的调节能力。提示:长期的武术套路运动对心脏功能具有正性的改善作用。 Objective : By the change tracking measurement of routine exercises heart rate variability indicators of Wushu routine students during three semesters, observing the effect of Wushu routine practice on autonomic nervous function of the students, this paper explores the influence of long - term Wushu exercises on heart function of adaptive changes. Object methods : 13 Select sophomore martial arts students, took four heart rate variability tests in the end of fourth, fifth, and sixth semester. Resuhs: After one semester, the indicators have no difference(P 〉 0.05 ). After two semesters, the time- domain indicators SDSD, RMSSD significant increase ( P 〈 0.05 ) the frequency domain TP, HF, HFnu change significantly( P 〈 0.05 ). After three semesters, the time domain index rose SDNN, SDSD, PNN50 (P 〈0.05) , RMSSD (P 〈0.01 ) , frequency domain indexes of TP, HF ( P 〈 0.01 ), LFnu, HFnu, LF/HF ( P 〈 0.05 ) changes significantly. Conclusion : The long - term Wushu movement can affect heart rate variability, improve cardiac autonomic nervous integration ability to regulate, in particular, is to improve the ability to regulate the vagus nerve. Tip, the long - term Wushu exercise on heart function has a positive improvement.
