摘要
学习导向是影响组织绩效的重要因素,本文通过以395份有效问卷,探讨了学习导向3个维度对组织绩效的影响,并进一步探讨了利用式创新的中介效应。研究结果表明学习承诺、共享愿景和开放心智均对组织绩效具有正向影响,同时利用式创新在学习承诺与组织绩效之间、开放心智与组织绩效之间起到了完全中介效应,利用式创新在共享愿景与组织绩效之间起到了部分中介效应。
Learning orientation is an important factor affecting organizational performance.With 395 valid questionnaires,this paper discusses the three dimensions of learning orientation influence on organizational performance,and further discusses the mediating effect of exploitive innovation.The results show that learning commitment and shared vision and open mind have a positive influence on organizational performance.At the same time,exploitive innovation plays a complete mediating role between learning commitment and organizational performance,or so between open mind and organizational performance,exploitive innovation plays a partial mediation role between shared vision and organizational performance.
