摘要
通过引入供应链整合中介变量构建服务创新与钢铁电商平台创新绩效的层级回归模型,研究服务创新对创新绩效的作用机制。研究结果显示,服务创新四维度中的新客户服务界面对服务创新过程绩效和结果绩效的影响均最显著;新技术应用对过程绩效的影响高于对结果绩效的影响;供应链整合对过程绩效的直接影响显著,但对结果绩效的直接影响不显著;供应链整合与服务创新的交互项对过程绩效和结果绩效的影响均显著。这说明供应链整合在服务创新对平台绩效的影响中起关键作用。因此,平台应着重增强新客户服务界面和供应链整合的开发与应用,以促进供应链内外部信息共享,进而提升服务创新绩效。
This paper studies the working mechanism of service innovation in the innovation performance of the steel e-commerce platform by introducing in the supply chain integration intermediary variable and constructing the hierarohical regression model of the service innovation and the innovation performance of the platform.The result shows that the new customer service interface of the four dimensions of service innovation has the most significant impact on the process and outcome performance of service innovation;the impact of new technology application is higher on process performance than on result performance;supply chain integration has obvious direct impact on process performance,but not on outcome performance;the interaction of supply chain integration and service innovation has significant impact on both process and outcome performance.This shows that supply chain integration plays a key role for the influence of service innovation on platform performance.Therefore,the platform should focus on enhancing the development and application of new customer service interfaces and supply chain integration in order to promote information sharing within and outside the supply chain,thereby improving service innovation performance.
