我国即将进入“十四五”时期,高质量发展是“十四五”的主基调。高质量发展不仅要分行业、分部门、分领域进行,更要强调实现全方位的整体推进,实现经济、社会、文化、生态、城建、政务的全面质量提升。河北省要在切实理清制约高质量发展的主要因素基础上,围绕新思路、新体系、新成效、新引擎和新环境全面发力。
China is about to enter the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,and high-quality development is the main tone of the“14th Five-Year Plan”.High-quality development should not only be carried out in different sectors,sub-sectors,and sub-fields,but also emphasize the realization of all-round overall promotion and achieve overall quality improvement of economy,society,culture,ecology,urban construction,and government affairs.On the basis of effectively clarifying the main factors that restrict high-quality development,Hebei Province should make a comprehensive effort around new ideas,new systems,new achievements,new engines and new environments.
