摘要
畜禽标准化规模养殖水平是一个国家和地区畜牧业现代化水平的标志,要实现畜牧业现代化,就要率先实现畜禽标准化规模养殖。近年来,辽宁省高度重视发展畜禽标准化规模养殖,是早于国内其他很多地区研究制定畜禽标准化规模养殖政策的省份,随着一系列畜禽标准化规模养殖政策的相继出台,辽宁省同全国其他省份一样,畜禽标准化规模养殖水平大幅提升。文章通过简单梳理近年以来畜禽标准化规模养殖政策制定情况和取得的成效,以为学者、业内同行和读者研究提供参考。
The standard scale breeding level of livestock and poultry is a symbol of the modernization level of animal husbandry in a country and a region. To realize the modernization of animal husbandry, it is necessary to take the lead in realizing the standard scale breeding of livestock and poultry. In recent years, Liaoning province attaches great importance to the development of livestock and poultry standardized scale breeding, which is earlier than many other regions in China to study and formulate livestock and poultry standardized scale breeding policies.With a series of livestock and poultry standardized scale breeding policies issued successively,Liaoning Province, like other provinces in the country, has greatly improved the level of livestock and poultry standardized scale breeding. In this paper, through a brief review of the policy-making and achievements of livestock and poultry standardized scale breeding in recent years,we can provide reference for scholars, industry peers and readers.
