摘要
简要概述甲醇装置生产工艺及给排水工艺图,分析装置中可回收的工艺排水及回收后对系统的影响,采取相应的优化调整措施,通过综合回收利用改造,不仅给企业带来了经济效益,同时也减少废水排放。
The production process and water supply and drainage process chart of the methanol plant were briefly summarized.The influence of recyclable process drainage and recovery on the system was analyzed. The corresponding optimization and adjustment measures were adopted. Through comprehensive recovery and utilization transformation, not only economic benefits were brought to the company, but also wastewater discharge was reduced.
