摘要
近年来我国临床药学人才培养工作不断发展,但仍未满足医疗卫生事业对于高素质临床药师的迫切需求。本文通过对比国内外临床药学专业课程设置,分析我国近年来临床药学专业教育的主要问题,并结合当前临床药师岗位职能需求,探究新形势下人才培养路径,构建以"合理用药"为核心的临床药学课程体系。
In recent years,the training of clinical pharmacy talents in China has continued to develop,but it still does not meet the urgent needs of high-quality clinical pharmacists in medical and health care.This paper analyzes the main problems of clinical pharmacy education in China in recent years by comparing the curriculum setting of clinical pharmacy courses at home and abroad,and combines the current functional needs of clinical pharmacists to explore the talent training path under the new situation and build a"reasonable drug use"as the core.
