The progress of current MRI for predicting the response of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer to neoadjuvant chemotherapy

摘要 新辅助化疗(NAC)是治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的规范化疗法.不同分子分型的乳腺癌具有不同的生物学特点、影像学特点、治疗方案及预后.根据不同分子分型乳腺癌MRI表现及功能MRI技术评价NAC疗效并预判是否达到病理完全缓解(pCR),对临床的精准治疗和预后判断具有重要指导意义.不同分子分型乳腺癌MRI影像学特点不同,NAC后的退缩方式及预测病理完全缓解的因素需要了解和掌握.
