摘要
介绍了高品质乙二胺四乙酸四钠的生产工艺。该工艺采用两次结晶法,从乙二胺四乙酸反应液中直接得到乙二胺四乙酸四钠,避免了传统工艺中先制成酸,然后再进行纯化的过程;采用机械式蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)进行浓缩结晶,降低了能耗。
A production process of high quality tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate was introduced.Tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate was directly obtained from ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid reaction solution by twice crystallization method,avoiding the process of purification by making acid first in the traditional process.Mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) technology was used for concentration crystallization,thus reducing energy consumption.
