摘要
近年来城市综合体的建设热潮越来越盛,城市综合体用地有限,建设工期紧,建设标准高,建设过程中的问题也频现。利用BIM技术进行室外管综三维设计,梳理了BIM室外设计的流程,主要进行了标准准备、方案设计、深化设计应用研究,获得了良好的BIM应用效果。
In recent years, the construction boom of urban complex is more and more prosperous, the land of urban complex is limited, the construction period is tight, the construction standard is high, and the problems in the construction process also appear frequently. In this paper, BIM technology is used for 3D design of outdoor pipe harness, and the process of BIM outdoor design is sorted out. The standard preparation, scheme design and in-depth design application research are mainly carried out, and good BIM application effect is obtained.
