摘要
为了提高基于BIM的协同工作效率,分析项目多参与方及其项目工作流程和技术方案,基于BIM协同工作的技术需求、IFC标准与BCF格式,建立基于BCF的项目协同工作信息框架;提出一种基于BCF的项目协同工作方法,实现模型构件级的交流信息双向流动,建立BIM协同工程平台;实际工程应用验证了所提协同工作方法具有高效便捷的特点,提高了各参与方的沟通效率,有助于BIM技术的推广普及和促进建筑业降本增效。
BIM technology is the most important information technology in the construction industry after CAD technology.One of its core advantages is that it is conducive to project collaborative work.There are some problems in the actual work of BIM collaboration,such as repetitive work and low efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency of BIM-based collaborative work,this paper analyzed the multi-participants of the project and their project workflow and technical scheme,analyzed the technical requirements,IFC standard and BCF format of BIM-based collaborative work,and established a BCF-based project collaborative work information framework based on the comprehensive research results.A BCF-based project collaborative work method was proposed to realize the two-way flow of exchange information at the component level of the model,and a BIM collaborative engineering platform was established for practical engineering application verification.The results showed that the proposed collaborative work method has the characteristics of high efficiency and convenience,improves the communication efficiency of all participants,and helps to popularize BIM technology and promote cost reduction and efficiency in the construction industry.
