摘要
现阶段,EPC模式在我国工程领域得到日益广泛应用。针对EPC模式下如何从业主与总承包商关系治理角度改善项目管理绩效的问题,采用结构方程模型,通过对309个EPC项目有关数据进行检验,以关系行为中“合作”作为中介变量,探讨并验证了关系治理多因素对项目管理绩效的影响程度和改善机理。研究表明,关系治理中信任、承诺、沟通和惯例4个关键要素可有效促进双方合作,从而改善EPC项目管理绩效。进一步明确了EPC模式下“关系治理—合作—项目管理绩效”的关联路径。关系治理理论及方法在EPC项目中合理使用,将对我国工程领域大力推广EPC模式具有现实意义。
At present,the EPC mode has been widely used in the engineering field of our country. To solve the problem of how to improve the project management performance from the perspective of relational governance between owner and general contractor in the EPC mode,the structural equation modeling method is used to test the data collected from 309 EPC projects,and the "cooperation" in the relationship behavior is used as the intermediary variable. The influence degree and improvement mechanism of relational governance on project management performance are discussed and verified. The results show that the four key elements of relational governance,including trust,commitment,communication and practice,can effectively promote the cooperation between the two sides,thus improve the EPC project management performance. Furthermore,the correlation path of "relational governance-cooperation-project management performance" in the EPC mode is clarified. The effective use of relational governance theory and method in the EPC projects will be practically significant for popularizing the EPC mode in the engineering field of our country.
