摘要
结合某厂1900m^3高炉,探析了高炉炉缸圆周工作状态对侧壁炭砖寿命的影响。认为,热风围管三岔口会造成圆周方向风口鼓风动能不均,这种不均导致了炉缸炭砖圆周侵蚀的不均,除最常见的铁口下方三角区之外,侵蚀最严重的往往集中于三岔口下方和对面的象脚处;渣铁由风口呈抛物线形向炉内喷射,纵向形成涡流,横向就近流向铁口,渣铁涡流与横流导致了炉缸象脚侵蚀,风口鼓风动能为纵向涡流提供了动力源;在铁口下方三角地带形成的高流速高热容区,导致了铁口下方三角区的侵蚀。
The paper analyzes the working condition of BF hearth circumference on the life of the side wall carbon bricks with a 1900 m^3 BF.It is believed that the breeches pipe of hot blast bustle pipe will cause uneven kinetic energy along circumferential direction of tuyere,leading to uneven circumferential erosion of the hearth carbon brick.Apart from the delta area below the taphole,the area below the breeches pipe and the opposite area are severely eroded.Hot metal and slag splash in a parabolic way from the tuyere into the furnace,flowing to the nearby taphole in the horizontal direction and forming a vortex in the longitudinal direction,as a result,an elephant foot erosion occurs on the hearth.Furthermore,the blast kinetic energy at tuyere provides power for the longitudinal vortex,and high speed high heat capacity zone formed in the delta area below the taphole is the main erosion reason of the related area.
