3200 m^(3)高炉供风均匀性模拟研究及其改进方案

摘要 为了改善高炉送风系统的供风均匀性,以某厂3200 m^(3)高炉送风系统为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法分析了总鼓风量、风口直径对系统供风均匀性的影响,并给出了具体改善方案。结果表明,在初始风口尺寸条件下,28#和12#风口的鼓风动能明显小于其它风口,鼓风动能最大差值为11.91 kJ/s,整体均匀性指数为2.31,系统的供风均匀性不佳。将28和12#风口调整成130 mm后,整体均匀性指数降为0.87。在此基础上,增大所有风口直径和降低总鼓风量,均能小幅度改善系统供风均匀性,但平均鼓风动能下降较大。将送风系统的28#风口直径调整为127 mm、12#风口直径调整为130 mm、26#和30#风口直径调整为132 mm后,系统供风均匀性得到明显改善,鼓风动能最大差值降为2.27 kJ/s,整体均匀性指数降为0.45。 In order to improve the air supply uniformity of the blast furnace air supply system,a 3200 m^(3)blast furnace air supply system of a factory is taken as the research object,the influence of the total air supply volume and tuyere diameter on the air supply uniformity of the system is analyzed by a numerical simulation method,and a specific improvement plan is given.The results show that the blast momentum of tuyere No.28 and No.12 is significantly smaller than that of other tuyeres under the condition of initial tuyere size,the maximum difference of blast momentum is 11.91 kJ/s,and the overall uniformity index is 2.31,indicating that the air supply uniformity of the system is not good.After adjusting the diameter of tuyere No.28 and No.12 to 130 mm,the overall uniformity index is reduced to 0.87.On this basis,increasing the diameter of all tuyeres and decreasing the total air volume can slightly improve the uniformity of air supply of the system,but the average blast momentum is decreased greatly.After adjusting the diameter of tuyere No.28 to 127 mm,No.12 to 130 mm,and No.26 and No.30 to 132 mm,the air supply uniformity of the system is significantly improved;the maximum difference of blast momentum is reduced to 2.27 kJ/s,and the overall uniformity index is reduced to 0.45.
