摘要
为改善无人售货产品服务系统,基于符号学路径下的产品建构设计(SAPAD)理论框架,重构了无人售货产品的功能模块和服务系统。以某社区内无人售货服务为例,运用非参与式观察法、深度访谈法对用户使用无人售货产品的场景进行研究,通过“行为—意义—对象”多维分析,重构了无人售货产品服务系统,为无人售货产品的功能改良、流程改善、体验评估提供参考。
In order to improve product service system of self-service,the functional modules and service system of self-service was reconstructed based on SAPAD(Semiotic Approach to Product Architecture Design)theoretical frame.A community self-service was taken as the research object to analyze self-service products retailing scenarios through non-participatory observation method and in-depth interview method.The product service system of self-service was reconstructed through multi-dimensional analysis of“behavior-object-meaning”.This could provide references for functional improvement,process optimization and experience evaluation of self-service products.
