摘要
目的分析神经内科护理中应用规范化健康教育的临床价值。方法选择本院在2017年4月至2019年2月收治的神经内科患者134例,将134例患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=67)与对照组(n=67),对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组联合规范化健康教育干预,比对两组患者护理依从性、健康知识掌握程度、患者对护理服务的满意程度。结果观察组患者护理依从性、健康知识掌握程度、患者对护理服务的满意程度与对照组临床指标数据比对有意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理中应用规范化健康教育,可以有效提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度,提高护理质量,满足患者对护理服务的需求,强化护理依从性,促进康复,可推广。
Objective to analyze clinical value of standardized health education in neurology nursing.Methods choose 134 cases neurological patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019.Divide them into observation group(n=67)and control group(n=67)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group combined with standardized health education intervention.Compare nursing compliance and health knowledge mastery and nursing service satisfaction of two groups.Result:comparison of nursing compliance,health knowledge mastery,nursing services satisfaction in observation group showed significance from clinical indicators of control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion standardized health education can improve health knowledge mastery,improve nursing quality,meet nursing service needs of patients in neurology nursing,strengthen nursing compliance and promote rehabilitation effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
