摘要
随着我国医疗体系改革的深入推进,医院面临的经营发展压力不断加大,人事档案作为医院经营管理的重要决定因素,其一定程度上影响着医院人力资源和经营管理的发展水平。但现阶段由于我国医院人事档案管理缺乏真实性等,导致医院医疗卫生服务质量和水平低下。笔者结合多年工作经验,通过本文阐述了强化医院人事档案管理工作的必要性,探析了医院人事档案管理工作存在的问题,最终提出了加强医院人事档案管理工作的具体路径。
With deepening of medical system reform in China,hospital has been facing increasing pressure of management and development.As an important determinant of hospital management,personnel archives affect development level of hospital human resources and management to some certain extent.However,at current stage,authenticity lack in management of personnel files in hospitals leads to low quality and medical and health services level in hospitals.Based on years of work experience,the author expounds necessity of strengthening management of hospital personnel archives,probes into problems existed in hospital personnel archives management,finally puts forward specific method to strengthen management of hospital personnel archives.
