摘要
目的评价卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕症应用腹腔镜手术辅以亮丙瑞林给药的临床效果。方法观察组和对照组均予以腹腔镜手术治疗。观察组加用亮丙瑞林。治疗前和治疗后检测两组血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生素(LH),性交疼痛、盆腔疼痛、痛经VAS评分,妊娠及复发情况。结果观察组治疗后血清E2、FSH水平、性交疼痛、盆腔疼痛、痛经的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组r-AFS分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期妊娠率及总妊娠率显著更高且囊肿复发率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕症应用腹腔镜手术辅以亮丙瑞林给药可降低雌激素水平,减轻临床症状,妊娠率高。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin in treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst with infertility. Methods Observation group and control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. And observation group was added with leuprorelin. Detect serum estradiol(E2), follicular estrogen(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), sexual intercourse pain, pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea VAS scores, pregnancy and recurrence before and after treatment. Results After treatment, serum E2, FSH level, sexual intercourse pain, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Pregnancy rate and total pregnancy rate of r-AFS stage III-IV in observation group was significantly higher and cysts recurrence rate was significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin can reduce estrogen level, alleviate clinical symptoms with high pregnancy rate in treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst with infertility.
