摘要
目的探讨胸外科管道护理中采用医护一体化品管圈的应用效果。方法选出我院120例胸外科住院的管道患者,根据入院顺序分成护理组(60例)和对照组(60例)。护理组采用医护一体化品管圈进行护理,对60例对照组采用常规护理,比较其应用效果。结果护理组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过医护一体化品管圈护理后,护理组患者对医护人员的满意度明显高于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施医护一体化品管圈能够提高护理质量及对护理的满意度,降低不良反应的发生率,值得大量临床推广。
Objective To explore application effect of treatment nursing integration quality control circle in thoracic surgery department channel nursing. Methods Choose 120 cases inpatients in thoracic surgery department of our hospital, divide them into nursing group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) according to admission order. Nursing group was treated with integrated quality control circle nursing, and 60 cases in control group with routine nursing. Compare their application effects. Results Adverse reactions incidence of nursing group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). After treatment nursing integrated quality control circle nursing, satisfaction degree of nursing group to medical staffs was significantly higher than before nursing, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment nursing integrated quality control circle can improve nursing quality and satisfaction, reduce adverse reactions incidence, which is worthy of clinical promotion greatly.
