摘要
皮肤是人体最大的器官同时也是机体抵御外来入侵的第一道防线。皮肤中的免疫应答通过多种信号通路及细胞因子调节以维持机体健康的稳态,现就其中3个主要方面:Janus激酶/信号转导与转录激活子(The Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcriptions, JAK/STAT)信号通路、Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)信号通路及白介素1(interleukin-1, IL-1)家族做简单概述。
Skin is the largest organ of the body with a complex network of multitude of cell types, at the same time, it is the first line defense barrier for the host. Awareness of skin immunity can provide a better comprehension of inflammation, autoimmunity. Today we will update what we currently know about immune response of skin from three aspects involving JAK/STAT signal pathway, TLRs signal pathway and IL-1 family.
