摘要
为提高河南省R&D经费投入强度,改变全省R&D经费投入强度偏低、排名总体靠后的现状,本文以郑州市为样本,通过剖析郑州市R&D经费投入问题与原因,结合外地市经验,提出强化研发投入、优化产业结构、激发创新活力、完善制度保障的对策建议。
In order to improve the intensity of R&D investment in Henan and change the province’s R&D investment status, i.e., low intensity and low overall rank, this paper analyzed the problems and causes of R&D investment in Zhengzhou, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening R&D investment, optimizing industrial structure, stimulating innovation vitality, and perfecting system guarantee, based on the experience of other cities.
