摘要
以EBZ160型掘进机为例,采用仿真模拟方法,模拟分析了掘进过程中液压油缸压力和截割头受到的载荷,仿真结果显示摇臂最大水平、垂直摆角分别为26°和37°。现场测出掘进机摇臂在水平、垂直方向上的摆角范围分别为-27°~24°和-36°~37°。通过对掘进机工作期间摇臂摆动规律研究,为矿井提高巷道断面质量提供了一定的理论指导。
The paper takes EBZ160 roadheader as an example,simulates and analyses the pressure of hydraulic cylinder and the load of cutting head in the process of driving by using simulation method.The simulation results show that the maximum horizontal and vertical swing angles of rocker arm are 26°and 37°respectively.The swaying angles of the rocker arm of the roadheader in the horizontal and vertical directions are-27°~24°and-36°~37°respectively.Through the study of rocker arm swing law during roadheader working period,it provides certain theoretical guidance for mine to improve roadway section quality.
