摘要
为解决井下巷道断面掘进质量,提出了掘进机自主定位系统指导综掘。从理论上阐述了掘进机定位系统组成和定位原理,模拟分析了掘进机自主定位误差情况、姿态角分布规律和校准效果,应用表明在自主定位下掘进掘进的巷道断面质量好,实现了快速、精准作业,为矿井实现高产高效奠定了理论基础。
In order to solve the quality of cross-section tunneling in underground roadways,an independent positioning system of roadheader is proposed to guide comprehensive excavation.The composition and positioning principle of the positioning system of the roadheader are expounded theoretically,and the error situation of the roadheader’s autonomous positioning,the distribution law of attitude angle and the calibration effect are simulated and analyzed.The application shows that the roadway section quality of the roadheading under the autonomous positioning is good,and the fast and accurate operation is realized,which lays a foundation for realizing high production and high efficiency in the mine.
